Band Progress Week Jan. 28

Today I had a loss of 4 1/2 lbs. since last week.  I have averaged about 1 lb. or little over since I had the band.  So, as Johns pointed out, I'm still losing.  I was pretty disgusted with myself last week, but have done better this wek with that.  I have figured out that salty chips need to be restricted, also carbohydrates.  Still having a problem with sweets, and really trying to limit that.  Eating at home is another big one too.

What I would like to set as a goal is to continue to limit the things I see as a problem and to start losing more every week.  Till next week.
